Mamma Mia! A top tribute to ABBA will be entertaining fans of the Swedish group in St Albans.

The Best of ABBA Tribute Show – Waterloo comes to The Alban Arena on Friday, January 19 at 8pm.

In 1974, the then little known Swedish pop group ABBA swept to superstardom with their Eurovision winning Waterloo, and four decades later that song and the band remain as popular as ever.

Here’s your chance to enjoy hits such as Mamma Mia, Super Trouper, Waterloo, Dancing Queen and Take a Chance on Me.

Tribute show Waterloo looks back at the sensational rise to stardom of Agnetha, Bjorn, Benny and Anni-Frid and gives fans the opportunity to experience the thrill of a live concert show.

Presented by Sweeney Entertainments, the ABBA sound is replicated with an incredible attention to detail by a full live cast and band – with stunning costumes and breathtaking choreography.

The wonderful lyrics penned by Benny and Bjorn are sung in harmony from the opening refrain to the final sing-along chorus of this two-hour spectacular.

Tickets cost £23.50. Call The Alban Arena box office on 01727 844488 or book online at www.alban-arena.co.uk
