Having hosted BBC One’s Live At The Apollo, become a regular panellist on Mock the Week and Have I Got News for You, and took part in Let’s Dance for Comic Relief, he’s barely been off our screens in recent years.

And you’ll be hard pressed to miss the brilliant Irishman in St Albans this Easter, with his popularity resulting in a three-night residency at the Alban Arena with his new Crowd Pleaser tour.

Following on from the success of his last tour, Different Class, Ed will be appearing in St Albans on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Being a nerd, owning a cat, meeting your heroes or becoming a dad.

Whatever Ed casts his curmudgeonly comic eye over, the end result is a show that’s sure to please even the most discerning of crowds.

Ably supported by fellow Irish funnyman Karl Spain, this promises to be a hilarious night of laughs you won’t want to miss.

Tickets for Ed’s St Albans dates cost £20. Call the box office on 01727 844488 to check availability or go online at www.alban-arena.co.uk – see link above right.
