The UK’s premier picnic proms returns to the grounds of Hatfield House this summer on Saturday, July 14.

Battle Proms features classical music, a Spitfire display (weather permitting), cannons, cavalry and fireworks.

If you are planning to attend the 2018 Battle Proms series, remember to book your tickets before midnight on Wednesday, January 31 to take advantage of the cheapest price.

A spokeswoman for concert organisers JSL Productions said: “The Battle Proms team is proud to have spent over 20 years creating what is now one of the most distinct and comprehensive concert programmes in the UK.

Early bird tickets cost £31.50 per adult until the end of the month (online purchase only), with the price rising to £36 if booked between February 1 and April 30, 2018.

Tickets then cost £39 if booked from May 1 until the day before the concert.

They will cost £44 on the day, online, or with cash on the gate, subject to availability.

Child tickets, aged five to 15, cost £18 and children aged four and under are allowed in for free and do not require a ticket.

All under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old.

There is also a new increased advance group booking discount available.

If you book 12 or more tickets, adult and/or child tickets, online you qualify for a 10 per cent per ticket discount.

Early-bird group tickets save over £15 on the adult gate price.
