The Ultimate Football Welwyn Garden City Monday night six-a-side league is near the end of its summer season.

In the Premiership, Volvo Selekt and Sondico United shared eight goals in a fantastic 4-4 draw.

Volvo started the brighter with Jack Offredi and Jordan Palmer giving them two early goals but a brace from Sondico’s Jack Kendrick levelled things up.

Palmer got his second before the break to put Volvo ahead but Sam Thomas bagged two after the interval to put Sondico ahead.

However, Volvo weren’t finished and an own goal in the final moments meant the spoils were shared.

Top of the table Blackpool met old rivals SD & Carlton Cole and proved why they are the team to catch with a 4-0 win.

Rag Rovers lost ground with a 3-2 loss to Litty Commity who had Charlie Lloyd, Josh Francis and Luke Cooper to thank for the points.

In the Championship, Crude Crocs lost for the first time after a Tom Cornwall goal gave Stroke T a 1-0 win.

And second-placed Flumpy FC closed the gap after a 13-goal romp over The Mavericks. Chris Houghton was the main threat bagging four.

Hedgehog defeated The Toddlers 2-1 after surviving a nervous finale. Goals from Thomas Bundy and Tom Plain proved enough despite Cameron Rowe giving Toddlers late hope.

Mark Rogers scored twice to help FC Rangers Old Boys come back from a Dominic Gillick goal for Neverbee and win 2-1.

The league welcomed two new teams to the league in the shape of Got No Fans and Bayern Neverloosen FC and the pair played out a 2-2 friendly draw.

Omar Alam and Ennis Daly scored for Bayern while Marcus Mengal and Ryan Walsh replied for Got No Fans.
