New league switch for Potters Bar Town kicks off in Essex

Potters Bar Town will be on the road for the first day of the new season after their switch from the Southern League to the Bostik League Division One North.

The Scholars head to Witham Town in Essex on Saturday, August 12.

Their first home game comes the following Tuesday when Brentwood Town are the visitors to the Pakex.

Bar will be at home on Boxing Day when they host newly-promoted Hertford Town and will travel to Ware on New Years Day.

A home game against Grays Athletic is in between these.

Other fixtures of note will see them make the reverse trip to Hertford on the August Bank Holiday, Monday, August 28 while the reverse game against Ware is on Easter Monday.

The final home game of the season comes on April 21 against Waltham Abbey with the last game of the year a week later at Barking.
