TWO former Welwyn Pegasus players are in line to come face-to-face in the 2013 FA Youth Cup final, writes Sam Glanz.

Harry Toffolo’s Norwich City side qualified after a dramatic penalty shoot-out semi-final win over Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night, with Toffolo himself netting one of the all important spot kicks.

Norwich’s opponents in the final look likely to be a Chelsea side containing Toffolo’s old Pegasus team-mate Alex Davey, with the Blues holding a 2-0 lead over Liverpool going into the second leg of their last four tie at Stamford Bridge on Friday.

Davey, 18, and Toffolo, 17, both attended Richard Hale School in Hertford and were part of the school’s County Cup winning team of 2011, both scoring in the final.
