ACTIVATE Forum is hosting a Health and Wellbeing Festival at Gosling Sport Park, Welwyn Garden City, on Thursday, September 9, from 10am until 3pm.
The Forum, who help those with disabilities enjoy an active lifestyle, will be offering people the chance to try a variety of activities.
It will also give participants the chance to meet other like mided people in the area.
