Time to take up netball?

POTENTIAL netballers from across the region are being urged to take up the sport as part of the Back 2 Netball campaign.

Netball East are working in partnership with Hatfield Netball Club to provide coached Back 2 Netball sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at Stanborough School, Welwyn Garden City.

So if you enjoyed playing netball at school, stopped playing but would love to start again this could be the sport for you.

Back to Netball provides a gentle re-introduction to the sport for adult females of all ages.

Sessions are coach led and cover the basics of the game from chest passes to footwork.

Whether it is about rediscovering sporting abilities you forgot you had, about getting active again or just meeting a group of like minded ladies, these sessions cater for all abilities.

Back 2 Netball has really taken off all over the country and thousands of women are taking part each week.

So, whether you haven’t played netball for a few months or a few years, Back 2 Netball is the ideal session for you.
