WGC Boxing Club gets a makeover

WGC Boxing Club are readying themselves for the start of a new season by giving their home a makeover.
The club, based at the Hyde Sports and Social Club in Hollybush Lane, was given a lick of paint and general tidy by up to 20 of its members, who worked from 8am until 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
The next home show is scheduled for September 25 at Stanborough School.
Tickets are £10 adults and £5 U16s and can be bought from the club or from Hall Grove Garage.
