Charity night of boxing to feature WGC fighters

An annual fundraising night of boxing is set to enlist special guests to help raise money for charity.

Michael Watson MBE, Kevin Mitchell and Darren Barker will be on hand at Boxing for Billy with proceeds going to www.billyswish.org.uk.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 25 at Venue 360 in Luton with a number of WGC boxers taking part.

Callum Scott, Kirsty McAuley, Karen Mason and Ryan Gregory are the first few to sign up with the fighters preparing at Anytime Fitness in the town.

David Stephenson of promoters iBox Promotions said: “As a company we run a number of charity events per year.We have chosen Billy’s Wish because of the work they do in the community and being a small but important charity, our aim is to help spread awareness.”

Boxers wishing to take part can sign up via the website with tickets for the event also available.
