Remember to put your clocks back an hour tonight (Saturday) before you go to bed as British Summer Time ends this weekend.

So when exactly do the clocks change tonight?

British Summer Time (BST) will end in the early hours of Sunday, October 28, 2018.

Clocks should be put back 60 minutes at 2am, as the UK reverts to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

This means gaining an extra hour in bed on Sunday morning.

As a result of the change, there will be more daylight in the mornings and evenings will be darker earlier.

BST traditionally starts on the last Sunday in March and ends on the final Sunday in October.

And when do the clocks go forward in 2019?

Clocks are due to spring forward on Sunday, March 31.
