The Red Rubber Ball Company, founded in 2009 by business coaches Neil Kirby and Steve Williams, has been nominated three times at the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce’s Inspiring Business Awards.

The business coaching firm has been shortlisted in the Most Promising New Business, Excellence in People Development and Best Social Enterprise categories.

“This is the first time we have entered business awards and we are absolutely delighted to have been named finalist in all three categories we entered,” said Neil.

“To be recognised by the Herts Chamber and sit alongside some of the other much larger organisations on the shortlist is a major achievement in itself and we are looking forward to the finals.”

The Red Rubber Ball Company develops and improves business leadership through a series of motivational techniques.

In 2010, the firm founded The Red Rubber Ball Foundation, a registered charity which provides scholarships in Kenya.

The foundation currently sponsors 31 young people to complete their education.
