This week’s Pet of the Week is a Rottweiler crossed with a Staffie who walks around puddles and loves eating vegetables.

Meet Ronnie, who was adopted by his human mum Lisa Plater on Friday, August 24, last year and now lives happily in Panshanger.

He also lives with his two feline siblings, Ken and Franki, Lisa’s partner and his two seven-year-old children Corben and Amelia when they visit at weekends.

Lisa said: “He makes me smile every single day.”

The big boy loves eating his veggies and playing tug of war but oddly hates water and even walks around puddles.

He was treated to 16 weeks of puppy classes at the Doberman Club when Lisa first got him and is a “great friendly and bouncy boy”.

Lisa added: “He’s so friendly. In fact, he recently climbed on our garden furniture to say hi to the neighbours.

“My amazing boy after a tough start in life has settled so well.

“We’re so lucky to have him from Bully and Boxer Rescue.”
