Widespread disruption to Welwyn Hatfield bin collections

Recycling, rubbish and garden waste has not been collected across more than 75 roads in Welwyn Hatfield today due to “adverse weather conditions”, the borough council has stated.

Welwyn Hatfield Council is asking residents whose bins were not emptied today to put them out tomorrow, Tuesday, when refuse collectors hope to return.

•Recycling collections were not made on the following roads today:

Peace Grove

Hangman’s Lane

Briary Wood Lane

Birch Grove

Oaklea Wood

Blue Bells/Oak Piece

Juniper Gardens

Warren Way

Parkside

Harmer Green Lane
