David Lee: 32, of Athelstan Walk North, WGC.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence in that he failed to attend an appointment on May 22 without reasonable excuse.

Damaged custody clothing and a cell to the value of £157.51.

Stole a warrant card and Oyster card in WGC on June 30.

Assaulted a male by beating on June 30 in WGC.

Without lawful excuse damaged a mattress belonging to Herts Police to the value of £185 on July 15 in Hatfield.

Community order made. The defendant will be under curfew for eight weeks with electronic monitoring.

Adam Lack: 19, of Howicks Green, WGC.

Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on May 27 and June 1.

Contacted a female between July 14-18 by telephone, text message and email, which he was banned from doing by a restraining order.

Shaun Elder: 21, of Wren Wood, WGC.

On June 23 in WGC, damaged a door, tablet, coffee table, rabbit hutch, photo frame and ornaments.

Assaulted a female in WGC on June 23.

Community order made.

Elder must take part in an accredited programme for 19 days.

He must attend appointments and take part in activity as required by the responsible officer for up to 20 days.

He must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months.

Anthony Devlin: 48, of Lemsford Road, Hatfield.

Possession of cannabis and cannabis resin in Hatfield on March 20,
