Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid appointments on July 4 and 5.

Andrea Peter: 21, of Park Meadow, Hatfield.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on April 29 and May 6.

Twenty hours added due to the breach, bringing the total to 195 hours.

Used a Ford Transit in Stevenage on December 21 having made a declaration that the vehicle would not be used on a public road.

Drove a Honda on the A1(M) at Junction 1 while using a mobile ohone on March 15.
