Danko had 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Christopher Joseph: 41, of Fillingham Way, Hatfield.

Between June 3 and June 29, 2017, dishonestly received stolen goods in St Albans belonging to four different people, namely golf clubs, a Mitsubishi laptop, a hat and gloves.

Suspended jail sentence of 12 weeks, suspended for a year.

Ordered to pay victim services £115 and £620 court costs.

Frank Donoghue: 36, of Blackhorse Lane, South Mimms.

Resisted a constable in the execution of his duty in Luton on January 7.

Used a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle in Leagrave High Street when there was no insurance.

Fined £480. Ordered to pay compensation of £50 and £32 to victim services, plus £85 court costs. Six penalty points issued.

Michael Osborn: 42, of Furzefield Road, WGC.

Without lawful excuse, damaged a 42 inch TV in WGC on July 7.

Fined £80. Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Laura Baksaite: 19, of Four Acres, WGC.

Drove a Peugeot in a Wheathampstead pub car park while over the drink drive limit on July 11.

Baksaite had 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

Jorden Galloway: 27, of Longcroft House, WGC.

Assault by beating a female in St Albans on July 11.

Fined £175. Ordered to pay compensation of £100, victim services £30, and £85 court costs.

Jean Mawby: 33, of Hollybush Lane, WGC.

Stole various items from Marks and Spencer in WGC on July 11 worth £141.

Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay victim services £20. No order for costs due to lack of means.

Szerhij Gabov: 24, of Chipmunk Chase, Hatfield.

Used a Skoda Octavia on Mosquito Way in Hatfield on January 27 when there was no insurance.

Gabov holds a provisional licence and was unsupervised and not displaying L plates.

Fined £160. Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Daniel Hart: 27, of Pooleys Lane, North Mymms.

Used a Toyota Yaris on Blackhorse Lane, South Mimms, on January 28, when there was no insurance.

Fined £660. Ordered to pay victim services £66 and costs of £85. Six penalty points issued.

William Williams: 51, of Furzefield Road, WGC.

Assault by beating a female in WGC on April 14.

Assaulted a PC in the execution of her duty in WGC on August 18.

Community order made.

The defendant will be under a curfew for six weeks with electronic monitoring. He must participate in an accredited programme for 36 days, Building Better Relationships.

Williams take part in activity as required by a responsible officer for up to 20 days.

Ordered to pay compensation of £150, £85 to victim services and £150 court costs.

Anthony Eves: 39, of Drovers Way, Hatfield.

Took a blue Vauxhall Corsa without the owner’s consent in Hatfield on July 10 and without insurance.

Stole ice cream worth £4.20 from Asda in Hatfield on May 5.

Damaged a kitchen wall in WGC on May 26 and May 27.

Failed to turn up at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on June 28 having been released on bail.

Used threatening or abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another in WGC on January 10.

Stole a gas BBQ worth £132 from Homebase in Hatfield on June 1.
