Marek Patyna: 21, of Bishops Rise, Hatfield.

Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order in that he failed to attend unpaid work on July 8 and failed to keep in contact with the responsible officer on July 8.

Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause someone to believe that violence would be used or provoked in Hatfield on June 15.

Stole beer worth £13 from the Co-op in Hatfield on June 15.

Ordered to pay costs of £85, court costs of £85 abd £115 to victim services. Jailed for three months, suspended for 12 months, due to his history of offending and “complete failure” to comply with probation.

Frankie Walsh: 20, of Chambers Grove, WGC.

Assaulted a woman by beating her in Hatfield on January 1.

Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge.

Community order made.

Walsh must take part in a Building Better Relationships programme for 29 days.

He must comply with instructions from a responsible officer for up to 10 days and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work.

Ordered to pay victim services £85 and £620 court costs.

Richard Tate: 39, of Roe Green Lane, Hatfield.

Drove a Citroen Saxo in Hatfield on May 2 while over the limit in terms of having a controlled drug in his system, namely cannabis.

Possession of a small amount of cannabis on May 2.

Fined £200. Ordered to pay court costs of £85.

Banned from driving for a year.

Erkan Suleyman: 44, of Motts Close, Watton at Stone.

Stole alcohol worth £62 from Asda in Stevenage. Fined £60.

Ordered to pay victim services 330 and £85 court costs.

Rex Bangard: 50, of Ground Lane, Hatfield.

Drove a Dacia Duster in Potters Bar on March 31 at 38mph when the limit was 30mph.

Fined £70. Ordered to pay victim services £30.

Dayle Carter: 24, of Gaddesden Grove, WGC.

Drove a Gilera in Hitchin on April 1 without displaying L plates while holding a provisional licence.

Roshanali Ladha: 20, of Roberts Way, Hatfield.

Drove a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle, namely a BMW, in Hatfield on March 26 without a insurance.

Ladha was also driving with a provisional licence and was unsupervised and not displaying L plates. Fined £880.

Ordered to pay victim services £66 and costs of £85.

Drove an Audi in Hatfield on April 5 without insurance.

Drove a Renault Megane in Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, on April 2 at 40mph when the limit is 30mph.

Fined £220. Ordered to pay victim services £30 and costs of £85. Three penalty points issued.

Gemma Woods: 36, of Ludwick Way, WGC.

Drove a Vauxhall Mokka in Harpenden on March 31 at 40mph when the limit was 30mph.

Jamie Behagg: 27, of Peartree Lane, WGC.

Failed to comply with supervision requirements following a period of imprisonment in that he failed to attend appointments on July 10, 18 and 24.

Fined £40.

Ordered to pay costs of £85.

James Gracie: 19, of Furzefield Road, WGC.

Possession of cannabis in WGC on August 30.

Drove a black VW Golf in Stanborough Green, WGC, while disqualified from holding a licence and without insurance on August 30.

Community order made.

Gracie must comply with the instructions of a responsible officer for up to 10 days and also carry out 40 hours of unpaid work.

Ordered to pay victim services £85 and £85 court costs.

Natasha Remington: 28, of Church Lane, Kimpton.

Possession of 8.1 grams of cocaine in St Albans on August 21.

Possession of 1.4 grams of cannabis in St Albans on August 21. Fined £768.

Ordered to pay victim services £46 and £85 court costs.

Alwyn Smith: 58, of Wayside, Potters Bar.

Drove a silver Audi in Monkswood Gardens, Borehamwood, on September 2 while over the drink drive limit.

Smith had 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £171.

Banned from driving for 40 months.

Assaulted a woman by beating her in Borehamwood on March 3.
