Jason Darling: 38, of Pinewood, WGC.

Drove a Ford Transit in Sylvian Way, WGC, while using a hand held phone on July 13.

Darling was also driving without insurance and without a test certificate for the vehicle.

Fined £1,100.

He was ordered to pay victim services £66 and costs of £85.

Eight penalty points issued.

Ronnie Fenwick: 63, of Freemans Acre, Hatfield.

Drove a Ford Transit in Gypsy Moth Avenue, Hatfield, when there was no insurance or test certificate in place on July 13.

Fined £880.

Ordered to pay victim services £66 and costs of £85.

Six penalty points issued.

Paul Gough: 58, of Peartree Lane, WGC.

Used a Ford Focus in Bishop’s Stortford on July 11 when there was no insurance for the vehicle.

Fined £660.

Natalie Lima: 35, of Great North Road, Hatfield.

Failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Fiat 500 who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on September 12.

Liam Kerwick: 31, of Millwards, Hatfield.

Drive a Volkswagen Scirocco in Queensway, Hatfield, on November 26, while over the drink drive limit.

Kerwick had 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £120. Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving for 14 months.

Paul Caulfield: 29, of Kings Croft, WGC.

Damaged a communal door window pane and Pringle dispenser at the YMCA in WGC on December 16.

Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Ordered to pay compensation of £158, £20 to victim services and £40 court costs.

Kamil Mikolajczyk: 24, of Upperfield Road, WGC.

Stole cosmetics from Boots in WGC on October 8 worth £64.

Stole clothing from JD Sports in WGC worth £12 on the same date.

Fined £147.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Matthew Harris: 32, of Wellington Drive, WGC.

Drove a blue BMW in Peartree Lane, WGC, while over the drink drive limit on December 17.

Harris had 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £640. Ordered to pay victim services £64 and £85 court costs. Banned from driving for 24 months.

Cormac O’Regan: 23, of Hatfield Road, Hatfield.

Failed without reasonable excuse to give a breath specimen on August 27 during the course of an investigation.

Failed to turn up at court on September 22.

Sent text messages in November which he was banned from doing by a restraining order.

Took a Volvo on December 26 without the consent of the owner.

Made a threatening phone call on December 25.

Community order made.

The defendant must participate in 19 sessions of a Thinking Skills Programme.

He must participate in an activity as required by a responsible officer for up to 20 days.

O’Regan must also carry out 120 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months. Ordered to pay court costs of £285 and £85 to victim services. Banned from driving for 20 months.

O’Regan also assaulted a PC in the execution of his duty on January 6 in Hatfield.

Fined £100. Ordered to pay £85 court costs.

Jason Efstratiou: 29, of Westland Drive, Brookmans Park.

Drove a Mercedes in a service road next to Potters Bar High Street without due care and attention on July 21.

Fined £147. Ordered to pay victim services £30 and costs of £85. Six penalty points issued.

Daniel Ruggeri: 27, of Walnut Grove, WGC.

Assault by beating in WGC on October 13, 2016.

Community order made.

He must participate in an activity as required by a responsible officer for up to 20 days.

He must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months.

Ordered to pay victim services £85 and £620 court costs.

Latchezar Guishin: 42, of St Audreys Close, Hatfield.

Failed to give information relating to the driver of a Renault Scenic who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Stevenage on July 21.

Fined £660.

Ordered to pay victim services £66 and costs of £85.

Six penalty points issued.

Bobby Barhey: 24, of De Havilland Close, Hatfield.

Stole clothing worth £115 from Marks and Spencers on January 3 while subject to a suspended sentence order for six theft offences.

Jailed for 26 weeks.

Magistrates considered the latest offence especially serious given that Barhey had been given three previous suspended sentence orders but continued to commit further offences.

Gabriel Oladunni: 27, of Dragon Road, Hatfield.

On five occasions failed to give information relating to the driver of a BMW who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Stevenage between December 12 2016 and January 8 2017.

Fined £500.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £200 costs.

Six penalty points issued.

Nicholas Bird: 40, of The Drive, Goffs Oak.

Drove a DAF vehicle and failed to comply with a ‘stop’ road works sign on or near the A1000 in Hatfield on April 24.

Fined £185.

Zeyam Ali: 23, of Gloucester Court, Hatfield.

Failed to hand over a train ticket for inspection on May 20 in Hatfield.

Fined £220.

Entered a train without have a valid ticket on July 17 in Hatfield.

Fined £220 for the first offence and £330 for the second.

Ordered to pay compensation of £15.70 for the first offence and £1.25 for the second, £63 to victim services and costs of £250.

Got on a train without having a valid ticket in Hatfield on July 8.

Got on a train without a valid ticket in Stevenage on July 24.

Tom Roworth: 30, of Stevenage Road, Knebworth.

Got on a train without a valid ticket in Stevenage on July 19.

Fined £167.

Sharnte Sinclair: 18, of Boundary Lane, WGC.

Got on a train without a valid ticket in Hatfield on July 17.

Fined £220.

Ordered to pay compensation of £1.25, £30 to victim services and costs of £125.

Connor Timms: 21, of Blythway, WGC.

Got on a train without a valid ticket in WGC on July 19.

Glen Walkelin: 30, of St Albans Road East, Hatfield.

Remained in a reserved seat when not the holder of a valid ticket entitling him to be in that particular place en route or near Hatfield on July 17.

Fined £550. Ordered to pay compensation of £13.60, £63 to victim services and £145 costs.

Maxine Dallimore: 42, of Sandpit Road, WGC.

Drove a black Nissan in St Albans while over the drink drive limit on December 18.

Dallimore had 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £233. Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving for 21 months.

Pop Gavrila: of Stockbreach Close, Hatfield.

Kept a Mazda on a public road while it was unlicensed on May 23.

Fined £220.

Billy Ordinaire: 23, of Manor Road, Hatfield.

Failed to hand over a train ticket for inspection at or en route near St Albans on September 8.
