Police are appealing for information after items were stolen from a garage in Welwyn Garden City last night.

A Herts Police spokeswoman told the Welwyn Hatfield Times: “Between 7pm on September 9 and 6.25am on September 10 a garage was broken into in Haymeads, Welwyn Garden City.

“Golfing equipment was stolen from within.

“Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/35350/18.”
