Welwyn Garden City store hosts raffle for light switch-on

A Welwyn Garden City dry cleaners is hosting a raffle at the light switch-on on Thursday thanks to support from other businesses.

Johnsons Dry Cleaners, of Fretherne Road, is hosting the raffle to support the Alex Timpson Trust which supports families with adopted and fostered children.

Many businesses in the town have donated some great prizes including an Amazon Fire Kindle, a kids light up scooter, Wembley Stadium tour, Doctors Tonic meal for two, Cafe Trio breakfast for two, four Roller City tickets, £45 to spend at Ashley Charles, £10 in Spectrum Hair, Cadbury’s World family ticket, Snappy Snaps photo frame, a voucher for Elleys Spa, and a signed photo display of Anthony Joshua.

You can purchase tickets, 50p each or £2 per strip, by calling into the store.

Tickets will be on sale right up until the lights are switched on.
