Michelle Johnson: 39, of Allandale Crescent, Potters Bar.

On November 7 in Stevenage, failed to give information relating to the driver of a Ford Focus who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Jody Kennedy: 36, of Bluebridge Avenue, Brookmans Park.

On October 26 in Stevenage, failed to give information relating to the driver of a Land Rover Range Rover who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Six penalty points issued.

Andreas Kyprianou: 39, of Blue Bridge Road, Brookmans Park.

On August 29 in Stevenage, failed to give information relating to the driver of a Ford KA who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Fined £660. Ordered to pay victim services £66 and costs of £85.

Banned from driving for six months. Six penalty points issued.

Paul Taylor: 32, of The Highlands, Potters Bar.

Drove a VW Polo in Borehamwood on November 26 while over the drink drive limit.

Taylor had 180 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Fined £400. Ordered to pay victim services £40 and £85 court costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Jake Barrington: 28, of Parkhouse Court, Hatfield.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison in that he failed to keep contact with his supervision officer between January 26 and March 22.

Fined £50.

Anthony Moore: 44, of Peartree Lane, WGC.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison in that he failed to attend his probation appointment on September 11, 18 and 27.

Fined £50.

Ordered to pay costs of £85.

Ibukun Adebayo: 47, of Osborne Road, Potters Bar.

On June 5 in Stevenage failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a Porsche who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Drove a Porsche at 37mph when the limit was 30mph in Potters Bar on March 27.

No totting disqualification due to mitigating circumstances in that the defendant is the primary carer to unwell elderly parents.

Fined £1,038.

Ordered to pay victim services £103 and court costs of £620.

Six penalty points issued.

Fined £230 for speeding.

Three penalty points issued for the speeding offence.
