Yobs aim fireworks at cars in Welwyn

Police are investigating after a group of youths started setting fireworks off at cars and houses in Welwyn.

Police were called at 8.07pm last night to reports of fireworks being aimed at cars and houses along London Road.

The offenders were described as a group of people aged around 16 years old, with one boy described as wearing a white puffa jacket. Officers attended the scene and searched the area but the group were not located.

Anyone with information about what happened should call the non-emergency number 101, quoting ISR 720 of November 1.
