Police and an ambulance crew were called to a three-car crash in Hatfield.

Police were called shortly after noon yesterday to Comet Way, Oldings Corner, Hatfield.

A Mini Cooper, Honda and Nissan were involved in the collision.

The vehicles were recovered by 1.20pm.

A police spokesman described it as a “damage only” crash.

An ambulance service spokesman said: “We received a call yesterday at 12.11pm to reports of a road traffic collision on the A414 near Hatfield.

“Ambulance resources were not dispatched as the family were happy to take the patient to hospital.”
