Theft outside a church in Welwyn Garden City

A THIEF stole a handbag from the boot of a locked car in a WGC church car park.
The raid on the blue Honda Civic happened outside the Our Lady’s Church, Woodhall Lane, between 5pm and 10.15pm, on Saturday. A police spokeswoman said it was not known which direction the offender left in.
