Suspected stolen jewellery discovered in Hatfield car park

Police have released pictures of what is believed to be stolen jewellery that was discovered in a Hatfield car park.

Officers recovered several gold chains and a ring from the Hopfields pub car park in Homestead Road on Monday, July 31.

PC Remi Whates, who is investigating, said: “We believe that this jewellery may have been stolen and I am asking people to take a look at these items and contact me if they believe this jewellery belongs to them.

“These items may be of sentimental value so we would love to reunite them with their rightful owners.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact police via the Hertfordshire Constabulary non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference B2/17/3755.
