A DISTINCTIVE statue has been stolen from a Potters Bar home.

Police are now calling for witnesses or asking for any members of the public who have seen the statue to come forward and help them out.

The ornament was snatched from a property in Windmore Avenue sometime between 4pm on Tuesday, March 13 and noon on Saturday, March 17.

Anyone with information should call Pc Des Kelly on the police non-emergency number 101.
