Police are hunting three men involved in a burglary in Potters Bar - one of whom was wearing a ski mask.

On Tuesday morning, a man wearing a “ski-type mask” got into a property in Aberdale Gardens and fled when he was disturbed by the householder.

The incident happened between 8am and 8.30am.

A police spokesman said: “He was disturbed by the householder and made off in a silver Volkswagen Golf with two other men.

“The man is described as white, in his twenties, of a slim-medium build and with possibly black hair.

“He was wearing a black puffa jacket and a ski-type mask over his face covering up to his eyes.”

They forced their way into the property and ransacked the place between 10am on Wednesday and 8am yesterday.
