Commuters are facing hefty delays this rush hour following a problem with an overhead train wire at Potters Bar.

Great Northern services are currently at a stand still after an issue in relation to an overhead wire has blocked some of the lines.

Great Northern tweeted: “It was initially reported as a train fault but that now has not been confirmed.

“The issue is in relation to overhead wires and a service.

“Further details should be out shortly alongside ticket acceptance.”
