The Welwyn Garden City World Food Festival is returning to the town centre by popular demand this spring.

The free event, organised by the WGC Business Improvement District (BID) and Oaklands College, returns on Saturday 20 May, from 11am.

The festival, now in its sixth year, will feature over 30 food stalls – from Italian to Greek and South African to Caribbean.

Visitors can also enjoy live world music and dance, along with an array of craft and retail stalls, and activities for children throughout the day.

An event spokesperson said: “If you’re a business which would like to take a stall at the WGC World Food Festival 2017 please visit www.welwyngarden.co.uk and download a booking form.”
