Police swarm Hatfield neighbourhood following burglary report.


A concerned member of the public rang police after witnessing two men attempting to break into a home in Hatfield.

Police were called at 3.40pm to St Michaels View in Hatfield today following concerns of a break in.

A police spokeswoman said: “Officers attended and searched inside the address.

“No-one was inside and the property has been left secure.”

Members of the public took to social media commenting on the number of police in the area at the time.
