Jewellery and watches stolen in Potters Bar burglary

Burglars struck in Potters Bar yesterday evening, stealing jewellery, watches and a designer handbag.

Police were called shortly after 6pm yesterday (Tuesday, February 13) to a report of a burglary in The Walk.

A police spokeswoman said: “Offenders gained access to the property via a rear window.

“Jewellery, watches and a designer handbag were among items stolen.”

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference J3/18/232.
