Man taken to hospital following M25 crash

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after it is “unclear” how a crash occurred on the M25 Junction 24 for Potters Bar.

Police were called at 3.48pm today (Wednesday, August 8) to reports of a collision on the M25 anti-clockwise between junction 23 and 24, involving a silver Vauxhall Astra.

The driver, a man in his 50s, has been taken to hospital for further treatment.

The vehicle has now been recovered.

Beds, Cambs & Herts Road Policing tweeted that it is “unclear” how it occurred and for witnesses to call 101 quoting ref 608 (Herts) if they have any information.
