No compensation ordered because of the circumstances of the case and lack of injuries.

Carlos Santos: 27, of The Downs, Hatfield.

Used threatening, insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Hatfield on October 10.

Fined £254. Ordered to pay compensation of £100.

Santos must also pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Sam Boniface: 20, of Hollybush Lane, WGC.

Assault by beating in Hollybush Lane, WGC, on February 11.

Fined £330. Ordered to pay compensation of £100.

Boniface must also pay victim services £33 and £85 court costs.

Darush Rashidi: 30, of Sandpiper Close, Hatfield.

Assaulted a PC in the execution of his duty on February 8 in Hatfield.

Fined £40. Ordered to pay compensation of £40, court costs of £85 and £30 to victim services.

Nicolas Hajinicolas: 40, of The Walk, Potters Bar.

Drove a Mercedes while his licence was expired and without insurance on June 3.

Discharged conditionally for six months.

No penalty points issued as the court found that he had a driver’s licence which stated it was noted expired and did not invalidate insurance.

Ordered to pay victim services £20 and £85 court costs.

Nicky Ellis: 41, of Holly Walk, WGC.

Drove a Vauxhall Zafira in Monkswood Way, Stevenage, on July 2 while using a hand-held mobile phone.

Fined £142.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £200 court costs.

Six penalty points issued.

Paul Thompson: 60, of Meadow Way, Codicote.

Deposited controlled waste, namely bags of hardened plaster, concrete and rubble in or on land, namely Burymead Eoad, Hitchin, on May 9.

Fined £333.

Ordered to pay victim services £33 and costs of £946.91.

Michael Connors: 27, of Wexford Park, Codicote.

Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in WGC on December 3.

Wilfully obstructed a PC in the execution of his duty in WGC on the same date.

Fined £500.

Ordered to pay victim services £50 and £85 court costs.

Cieran Yapp: 23, of Flamingo Close, Hatfield.

Drove a black Fiat Punto in Arthur Road, St Albans on February 18, while over the drink drive limit.

Yapp had 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £300.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.

Susan Myers: 61, of Norman Road, Welwyn.

Drive a Kia in Lemsford Village while over the drink drive limit on May 21.

Myers had 107 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Fined £160.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £160 court costs.

Banned from driving for one year.
