29.

Used threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Co-op, Shoplands, WGC, on October 6, and revealed to have opiates and cocaine present in his body after a blood sample was taken at Hatfield on October 11.

Made subject to a daily curfew from 9pm to midnight until May 22, and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £150 costs.

Took a pedal cycle without the owner’s consent between December 30 and January 5 at Hatfield, sent grossly offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing emails at Hatfield on January 5.

Ordered to pay £30 compensation and £70 costs, ordered to attend rehabilitation appointments for a maximum of 20 days.

Scott MacMillan: 24, of Travel Lodge, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield.

Assaulted two men by beating in WGC on December 31.

Stole food and alcohol worth £15 from Fu Hao Chinese Restaurant in WGC on January 9.

Attempted to steal a cash box from the same restaurant on the same date, and resisted a police constable in the execution of her duty at Hatfield, also on January 9.

He also entered various premises and ordered food and alcohol without the means to pay for them, in breach of a community protection notice, at the White Horse in Hertford on January 18, The Woodman in Hertford on January 22, the Salisbury Arms in Hertford on January 22, and the Plough in St Albans on January 27.

Banned from entering premises in Herts licensed for the consumption of alcohol for 12 months, ordered to attend rehabilitation appointments for 25 days, and ordered to pay £282 compensation and £40 costs.
