Drove a Citroen C3 in Meadow Dell, Hatfield, at 45mph when the limit was 30mph on January 4.

Darren Parker-Boyd: 35, of Parkhouse Court, Hatfield.

Used an Iveco on the A1(M) Junction 4 to 3 on November 29, fitted with a manufacturer’s plate showing that the gross weight was 3,500kg.

The weight was measured and the excess was found to be 1,280kg. Fined £345.
