Used a Mercedes in Queensway, Hatfield, on May 14 when there was no insurance for the vehicle.

Drove a Vauxhall Astra on the A1(M) northbound between Junction 3 to 4 in Hatfield and failed to comply with a traffic sign.

The defendant ignored three red crosses displayed on the gantry above lane one.

The lane was closed due to a broken down vehicle.

The defendant drove right up to the incident before reacting at 10pm on April 4.

Fined £220.

Andrew O’Reilly: 46, of Somers Road, North Mymms.

Drove a Vauxhall in Hatfield, when he was using a hand-held mobile phone on May 5.

Fined £40.

Drove a Vauxhall in Stevenage at 58mph when the limit was 40mph on May 24.

Failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a Porsche, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on June 22. Fined £660.

Danny Fisher: 21, of Sandpiper Close, Hatfield.

Drove a Vauxhall Corsa in Mosquito Way he had a controlled drug, namely delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in his blood, namely 5.8 micrograms, exceeding the specified limit.

The offence happened in Hatfield on July 25.

Fined £120.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving for 12 months.

Nathaniel Clarke: 23, of Feather Dell, Hatfield.

Assault by beating a female in Hatfield on July 7.

Damaged an iPhone belonging to the victim on the same date.

Restraining order made not to contact the victim.

Sent a video clip and suicide note that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character between August 4 and August 22 in WGC.

Cormac O’Regan: 23, of Hatfield Road, Hatfield.

Assaulted a PC in the execution of his duty in St Albans on October 25.

Damaged a vehicle in St Albans on the same date. Fined £200.

Ordered to pay compensation of £350. Restraining order made.

Aaron Healey: 25, of The Croft, WGC.

On October 26, destroyed a pair of anti-harm shorts belonging to Herts Police, worth £65.

On the same date, assaulted a PC in Hatfield in the execution of his duty.

Fined £80.

Ordered to pay compensation of £115 and £30 to victim services.

Bill Connors: 24, of St Albans Road, Codicote.

Without reasonable excuse, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order in that he failed to attend appointments on June 3, 13 and 17, as well as July 3 last year. Fined £60.

Sarah Annon: 33, of Goldings Crescent, Hatfield.

Stole hair products from Boots in Hatfield on September 25 worth £70.

Stole beauty products from Boots in Hatfield on September 27 worth £100.

Stole beauty products from Boots in Hatfield, again on September 27, worth £177.

Ordered to pay back the value of the goods in compensation, plus £85 court costs.

Richard Carter: 21, of Townfields, Hatfield.

Assault by beating a female in Hatfield on October 4.

Community order made. Carter will be under curfew for one month.
