STILL CCTV images have been released by police who are trying to capture the men who “brutally” attacked a WGC man at Alexandra Palace railway station.
Police would like to speak to this man in connection with the assault at Alexandra Palace railway stationThe 20-year-old man, who had just been to the PDC World Darts Championship at the palace itself, was left with a fractured eye socket, two black eyes and a swollen nose, after he was punched to the ground and then kicked in the face.
Two men, who were in a gang, set upon the man, who was with a friend, on platforms 3 and 4 on December 23, at around 11.30pm.
And British Transport Police would like to speak to the three men pictured, who they would like to identify and talk to in connection with the incident.
Detective constable Stephen McBride, of British Transport Police’s criminal investigation department, said: “They were approached by a group of men with whom they spoke for around five minutes without any issues.

“While on the floor, one of the men began kicking the victim the face. When he attempted to get up, the group ripped his shirt and punched him again, causing him to fall back down. The group then made off from the station.”
DC McBride added: “This was a brutal attack on a man who was simply trying to make his way home from an evening at the darts. The brutality of the assault left the victim suffering with facial injuries over the Christmas and New Year period.
“I am now appealing for anyone who recognises the men in the images to come forward.”
