Police and funeral directors gather outside the house in Cunningham Avenue

A MAN’S death inside a house in Hatfield today (Thursday) is not being treated as suspicious.
The man’s body was discovered at a house in Cunningham Avenue, at the junction with Flamingo Close, at around 9.30am.
Police, paramedics and forensics officers spent much of the day inside the home, which is believed to be occupied by foreign exchange students.
The body was removed by private ambulance shortly before 2pm.
In a statement released this afternoon, police said the death was not being treated as suspicious.
“A post-mortem examination is due to take place and next of kin are being informed,” the statement said.
