The Howard Centre is hosting an array of healthy and free activities for families this summer.

Activities including promoting healthy eating, being active plus making mocktails kicks off on Saturday, August 4, where the whole family can learn about healthy living.

Following the launch, other events will be held every Saturday in August from 11am to 4pm – each with their own theme and activity.

Centre manager, Paul Haynes said: “Our mindfulness coach will teach us all about nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and exercise.”

Customers can also join the centre’s family yoga workshops and Mindfulness Mandalas.

One of the days include kids making and creating delicious healthy pizzas and then getting to take the pizza home in a box.
