The result for Welwyn West ward on Welwyn Hatfield Council has been announced.
Mandy Perkins has held the seat for the Conservative Party.
The votes were:
Liberal Democrats – Jon Arch 188
Conservative – Mandy Perkins 1,046
Labour – Ben Yetts 270
