A driver is tonight facing a fine of £200 and two points on their licence after being caught talking on their phone while driving.

Beds, Cambs, and Herts Road Policing Unit caught the driver on the A1(M) near to Hatfield and tweeted a reminder to people to not use their phone behind the wheel.
