Emergency services attended a crash between two cars in Hatfield.

Police were called by the ambulance service at 9.42am to reports of a crash on Coopers Green Lane, just past the turning for Hatfield Business Park.

The crash involved an orange Suzuki Swift and a grey Mercedes Sport.

Witnesses report that the Suzuki had come off the road into the trees, and police confirm it needs to be recovered.

A man was assessed at the scene, but did not need to go to hospital.

The road was closed as a result of the crash.
