TWO car crashes caused traffic chaos for commuters across Welwyn Hatfield this morning (Monday).
The first happened on Black Fan Road, in WGC, when a car left the road, near Morrsions supermarket, at 6.40am.
Ambulance crews treated a man in his 50s, at the scene, for minor injuries before he was taken to the Lister Hospital in Stevenage for further care.
The second call for the ambulance service came in at 8.05 to a report of an overturned car along Howell Lane, near Essendon.
A man believed to be in his 50s was out of the vehicle on the arrival of the ambulance crew and following assessments, he was taken to the nearby QE2 Hospital with a minor injury to his arm.
A police spokeswoman said the road was closed off until 9.05 as they recovered the red Nissan Micra.
