Burglars have struck at another home in Potters Bar, ransacking it in the space of nine minutes.

Police were called at 7.38pm yesterday to reports of a burglary at a home in Mutton Lane.

A police spokeswoman said: “It happened between 7.30am and 7.39pm. the offenders gained access via the rear of the property before carrying out an untidy search.”

Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area between the times stated is asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via 101, quoting crime reference 41/25960/18 or report information online at www.herts.police.uk/Report.
