A broken down truck caused delays on the M25 between Potters Bar and South Mimms this afternoon (Wednesday, March 14).

One lane was closed at around 3pm to allow recovery to take place, causing tailbacks on the clockwise carriageway between Junction 23 and 24.

Motorists were being warned to expect knock-on congestion in the area, but the lane has since reopened and traffic has eased.
