A police car at Beehive Lane

The 26-year-old barman was restrained with a belt after two men raided the Beehive pub after hours.

At around 12.40am on Monday the two men entered the pub, in Beehive Lane, WGC, and stole a knife from the restaurant kitchen.

The duo demanded cash and tied up the worker.

The pair, who police do not have a description of, took money from the till and fled the pub. The barman managed to raise the alarm, by calling police on his mobile phone.
