Grades at the Church Road school are not measured in A to C marks but instead using the UCAS points system.

The total point score per student was down from 653 last year to 603 this year and the average points per entry stayed the same at 197.

Mr Baker said: “Another great year and another group of talented, hard working students achieving super results at the highest levels.

“They are a credit to the school, their families and their teachers.

“Many of them are going on to university and I wish them continued success in their studies.”
