Police appeal after thieves steal bank cards from 60-year-old woman in Hatfield

Police are looking for two men who could help with the investigation of a theft from a 60-year-old woman in Hatfield.

On Saturday, June 2 at 12.53pm, a man asked the victim for directions at Tesco in Oldings Corner, Hatfield.

As she spoke to him, two bank cards were stolen from her handbag.

The bank cards have since been used.

Police have released CCTV images of two people they would like to speak to following the theft, as it is believed they were in the area at the time and could have information that is vital to the investigation.

Anyone who recognises them, or has any other information about the theft, has been asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/3636/18.
