Rock on!

Alex Larke has a wealth of experience, having been in the music business for more than two decades.

As one half of duo Electro Velvet, he represented the UK at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Austria.

Electro Velvet's entry, Still in Love with You, came 24th at the 60th edition of Eurovision, held at the Wiener Stadthalle in the Austrian capital. The winner was Sweden with the song Heroes, performed by Måns Zelmerlöw.

Alex is also frontman of well-established Stones tribute group The Rolling Clones, regularly wowing audiences up and down the country — and abroad — with energetic performances of (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction, Start Me Up, Jumpin' Jack Flash and even recent Stones comeback single, Angry.

"I teach from my studio in Panshanger," said Alex. "Let's jam together and take your skills to the next level!"

"Established in 2017, alongside my successful vocal tuition business, Sing Shack, Guitar Shack isn't just a studio — it's a passion project born from over 15 years of teaching and 25 years of professional performance.

"With an impressive track record of around one hundred to two hundred shows annually, along with countless studio recording sessions, I bring a wealth of real-world experience to every lesson.

"My journey in music has taken me far, including representing the UK at the 60th Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna. Though we finished 24th, the thrill of performing to a 16,000 strong arena crowd and a television audience of 197 million was an unforgettable experience, enriching my teaching with invaluable skills.

"Before gracing the Eurovision stage, I made appearances on esteemed British television programmes like The Graham Norton Show, and rocked the airwaves of BBC Radio 1 and Radio 2.

"From global tours to intimate performances for thousands, my career has been a testament to the power of music.
